  • I am arriving on a cruise ship. Do you pick up at the Maritime Terminal?

    Yes! We pick up directly from the Maritime Terminal in Horta, without additional costs! All you need to do is indicate the name of your cruise as your pick up location when making your reservation on our website.

  • I will arrive by plane. Do you pick up at Horta Airport?

    Yes! We pick up directly from Horta Airport, with no additional costs! All you need to do is book a Private Tour and indicate the Airport as your pick-up location when making your reservation on our website.

  • Does Trilhos R - Azores Tours work with large groups?

    Yes! Although we normally operate with 9 seater vehicles, we can receive larger groups with multiple vehicles or even a minibus or bus. If you are traveling in a large group, please ask for your quote to info@trilhosr.com .

  • Can I cancel a tour after booking on the Trilhos R - Azores Tours website?

    Yes! We give our customers maximum flexibility, so you can cancel your booking at any time and receive a full refund up to 8 days before the tour starts, with the exception of the Stripe booking fee and interbank fees. Our cancellation policy is indicated on the Terms and Conditions page, point 6.
